Laura is the Partner & COO at Exceptional Risk Advisors. As a subject matter expert with more than 30 years of experience selling, implementing and funding executive disability plans, she leads the Multi-Life Guaranteed Standard Issue market segment.

Prior to joining Exceptional Risk Advisors, Laura spent 16 combined years as a Principal at Mercer Executive Benefits and Senior Vice President at Marsh Executive Benefits. During this time, Laura had roles in operations, implementing technology and best practices. Additionally, she played a role as a Client Executive and managing a national team of Relationship Managers.

Laura earned her Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) in 1996, the American College’s Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2006 and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2008.

Laura lives in Yardley, Pennsylvania with her husband. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their four children.
