Prior to assuming his current role, Tim served as a Business Development Consultant and Sales Support Consultant at Exceptional Risk Advisors, where he helped advisors identify opportunities, implement sales strategies, and enhance client engagement. His background in relationship management, sales operations, and advisor support reflects his commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term success for clients and partners alike.
