- Evaluate The Current Situation: We first evaluate and identify the potential loss exposure of your client’s property, which includes all residences, fine art, jewelry, notable collectables, watercraft, automobiles, aircraft and more. In addition, we assess the existing insurance coverage, including any personal umbrella liability policies and replacement costs.
- Develop a Comprehensive Plan: We then develop a comprehensive risk management program that’s designed to mitigate and/or prevent losses. We make recommendations to close any potential gaps and eliminate costly over laps in coverage.
We will also propose changes in coverage and carriers, if appropriate. We have a network of top quality insurance carriers that truly understand the financial exposures and service expectations surrounding the underwriting of property and liability risks for high net worth clients so we can suggest the appropriate insurer to meet the client’s specific needs.
- Implement and Review with Client: Finally, we’ll work in concert with you and your client to implement these strategies. But most importantly, we will annually review these strategies to ensure they continue to make sense, given changes in market conditions or your client’s personal situation.
